It also helps you understand the differences in the types of milk available, how to choose the best quality, how to store it for the longest shelf-life and how to mix it and use it in all your recipes calling for dairy products. The quality of powdered milk has greatly improved over the past 10 years and you have to taste it to believe it.*Survey: Lecture-demonstration classes that give you a board overview of the topic.
