Making-Meat-from-Wheat

3/14/2019
What:
Making Meat from Wheat**

Wheat is one of the least expensive and most versatile products you can have in your food storage.  The problem is that most of us have no idea how to use it to its maximum potential.  These classes use your wheat and vital wheat gluten to enhance nutrition, reduce cholesterol and fat, and cut the amount of money you spend on meat for your family.  The best part is, your family will never know, but you'll have to TASTE it to believe it.  Whether you are a vegetarian, have high cholesterol or just want to cut the cost of protein in your grocery bill, you will benefit from this class.

**Make-N-Take: Provide hands-on experience.  You learn the specifics about a particular topic, make a product to take home and sample other uses for the topic presented.
