The Dehydration Process: Dairy Products*

Come learn how to dehydrate yogurt for use as a start at a future date; make dried parmesan cheese from powdered milk and dehydrate commercial and home made cheeses.  Detailed procedures will be covered for dehydrating and reconstituting dairy products.  Recipes and instructions to take home and lots of samples to taste.

*Survey: Lecture-demonstration classes that give you a board overview of the topic.  Samples or tasting table provided.
