What:
Perfect Pumpkin Powder**
Freeze those Halloween Jack-O-Lanterns and learn how to make them into a shelf-stable instant powder that can be used to make pumpkin pies, cakes, cookies, etc. at a fraction of the cost of canned pumpkin.  We will learn the process for making pumpkin into a powder and how to use it in your favorite confections.  We will be making pumpkin pies in class using the powder.  Not good at making a flakey pie crust?  Our recipe will make you the envy of the neighborhood using regular or gluten free flour.

**Make-N-Take: Provide hands-on experience.  You learn the specifics about a particular topic, make a product to take home and sample other uses for the topic presented.
