In this class you will learn how to make your own instant cream sauce with powdered butter, cream and milk and use it to make Alfredo, cheese sauce or creamy gravy. You will also see how to make and use powdered butter as a spread, for baking and frying. How to use powdered eggs in a variety of dishes will also be covered.
*Survey: Lecture-demonstration classes that give you a board overview of the topic. Samples or tasting table provided.
