Green Pizza
One of my favorite easy go to dinners is my Green Pizza. I keep all the ingredients on hand except the French bread. So when I am running late or feeling too tired to make an elaborate dinner I can still give everyone something tasty, fun, filling, and healthy.
Green Pizza
1 loaf French bread sliced lengthwise and hollowed out
1 bag frozen chopped broccoli
1 jar Alfredo sauce
2-3 cups grated cheese
1 can chicken
Mix broccoli and sauce together. Tear up the bread scooped from the loaf and add to the sauce. Add half the cheese and mix.
Scoop mixture into the hollowed out bread, heaping the topping up a bit.
Spread chicken on top of the mixture.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over the loaves and bake at 350F for about 25 minutes.
Let rest for about 5 minutes before cutting and eating.
