| What: | Make It with Powdered Milk Series* You will be surprised at how good powdered milk can taste! Every commercial dairy product can be made with powdered milk at 50-100% savings. Come learn how to mix milk that is comparable to store bought and make all your commercial dairy products in less than 5 minutes. You won’t want to miss these taste pleasing classes. Apr 11: Yogurt Products: From a single recipe that you can make in one minute, you can make, buttermilk, yogurt, sour cream, cream cheese and frozen yogurt at half of the cost of commercial products. In this class you will receive a start and the opportunity to make yogurt to take home. Apr 18: Easy Cheese: From a single recipe you can make cottage cheese, yellow cheddar, white cheddar, parmesan, mozarella and Velvetta—all in less than 5 minutes and at a 40% savings over commercial products. You won’t believe how easy it is and how good it taste. Apr. 25: Other Dairy Product Uses: In this class you will learn how to make your own instant cream sauce with powdered butter, cream and milk and use it to make Alfredo, cheese sauce or creamy gravy. You will also see how to make and use powdered butter as a spread, for baking and frying. How to use powdered eggs in a variety of dishes will also be covered. **Make-N-Take: Hands on classes that let you try a product or recipe out and take it home for your family to try. |
