Tomato powder is a long-term storage item that can be prepared in the time it takes to boil water and can be used to make—catsup, tomato paste, tomato sauce, barbeque sauce, marinara sauce, cocktail sauce, chili sauce, pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce, salad dressings, juices and soups. Each of these products will be part of the tasting table. Come hungry, lots to eat.
One #10 can of tomato powder replaces two cases (48 cans) of 8 oz. cans of tomato paste or 48 cans of 15 oz. cans tomato sauce or 29—40 oz. cans of tomato juice (147.5 — 8 oz. glasses) or 12 quarts of marinara sauce. Just think of the storage space you save.
*Survey: Lecture-demonstration classes that give you a board overview of the topic. Samples or tasting table provided.
