Ya, ya, I know what you are thinkin, "why do I need to read about a shopping list?" Because you want to spend LESS time in the grocery store, LESS energy, have LESS stress, and spend LESS money. Am I right? Using a shopping list will help you get in and out of the store faster and spend less money because you are NOT making spontaneous purchases, but rather buying what your family actually needs.

Joanne is one of our newest teachers here in Boise! She has 7 children, 6 boys and 1 girl! She has to be on top of everything all the time! She as graciously agreed to blog for us every so often on how to feed your family better for less! She will be sharing ideas for inexpensive, healthy eating and ways to cut costs without cutting corners. This week her entry is on Team Couponing - soon to be an Olympic sport!
