Mary Ann's Pot Roast
My family loves this meal.   It has also been a huge hit among friends.  I use it when I have a big project to work on around the house, or when I need to get a lot of things done during the day.  I just put it in the oven around lunchtime, and forget about it.  I hope you enjoy it!
