Other Dairy Products (make & take):  In this class you will learn how to make your own instant cream sauce with powdered butter, cream and milk and use it to make Alfredo, cheese sauce or creamy gravy.  You will also see how to make and use powdered butter as a spread, for baking and frying.  How to use powdered eggs in a variety of dishes will also be covered.

**Make-N-Take: Make-N-Take classes are designed to give you hands-on, practical experience with the material being taught.  They focus on a specific section of the survey class for the whole 2 hours.  You get to practice making what is being taught, and then take it home to share with your family.
