Instant Cheese (make & take):  Make homemade cheese from powdered milk in less than 5 minutes and for $1 a pound.  This class will teach you how to make all consistencies of cheese (spreads, sliced, crumbled, shredded) from one recipe and flavor it with different dehydrated cheese powders.  Also learn how to make dried parmesan and mozzarella.

**Make-N-Take: Make-N-Take classes are designed to give you hands-on, practical experience with the material being taught.  They focus on a specific section of the survey class for the whole 2 hours.  You get to practice making what is being taught, and then take it home to share with your family.
