Pure Lemon Extract - 1 pint
Made with the oils from the fresh zest of ripe lemons, lemon extract is a useful item to keep in the pantry.  Lemon extract has all the flavor of lemons without the sourness you get from the juice.  It can be used as a substitute for lemon zest in most recipes. 

Suggested uses:  Good for flavoring cakes and cookies, as well as various beverages, marinades, or cold desserts.
