Making Meat from Wheat - Ground Gluten**

Learn how to make meat substitute from vital gluten flour and use it in your own recipes.  Hamburger and sausage are gluten products that will be demonstrated, sampled and made during class.  Gluten is easy to make, a great meat substitute and extremely economical.  One pound of cooked (gluten) hamburger costs 14 cents.


**Make-N-Take: Provide hands-on experience.  You learn the specifics about a particular topic, make a product to take home and sample other uses for the topic presented.
