Instant Cheese**
From a single recipe you can make cottage cheese, yellow cheddar, white cheddar, parmesan, mozarella and Velvetta—all in less than 5 minutes and at a 40% savings over commercial products.  You won’t believe how easy it is and how good it tastes.

**Make-N-Take: Provide hands-on experience.  You learn the specifics about a particular topic, make a product to take home and sample other uses for the topic presented.
