| What: | Basic Uses for Essential Oils* While many of us know a bit about essential oils, we are not as adept at using them as we may want to be. Come learn what resources you need to use them effectively and practice the various modalities that will take your essential oil knowledge to the next level. Several different methods for topical, aromatic and internal use will be demonstrated. Instructions and recipes for basic ailments will also be discussed.*Survey: Lecture-demonstration classes that give you a board overview of the topic. Samples or tasting table provided. |
